Charming, historic building with a cozy bar area that offers a nice selection of beverages. The quaint single room provided warmth and comfort after a day of rugged walking, making it an ideal respite for adventure seekers.
Checked in to find no food available that evening, which was a surprise, especially after a long ride. The King Double Room felt tired with some cobwebs, a creaky window, and a bathroom door that was a tight squeeze. The armchair needed some serious stability, and it was surprising to find just one packet of biscuits. Breakfast had good options, but the pancakes were disappointing—definitely felt like something from the supermarket. A bit more flexibility around breakfast orders would have been appreciated to avoid prebooking restrictions and better cater to personal preferences.
